Regarding COVID-19:
Birmingham Law Office is open for business and it our plan to remain open for our friends and clients - past, present, and future.  We are doing our best to adapt to the changes in our lives and in our business.    Going forward, at our title company's request and with the acquiescence of most banks, we will encourage the universal use of power of attorney for real estate closings - buyers, sellers, and refinance transactions.  We will return calls promptly but, out of necessity, many calls will first fall to voicemail.  Our office is still open by appointment and we are available through email.  We are checking email very diligently.  We hope and trust all will be well as we go forward through this very difficult time.
